10 personal training sessions done. Started at once per week. Then twice per week.
On the bright side, I have tolerated it better than I expected. I have managed my CFS flares with it.
On the down side, still fat and unattractive.
Just paid for the next 10 sessions. I'm grateful for a non-judgemental and encouraging personal trainer. I wish there was.a correlation between pounds spent and weight.
In related news: I have an appointment with a Dr tomorrow to be told.off again for my weight.
