I want the Wrathlings to drink more milk but they are not keen on the taste and mixing it with strawberry jam or serving it as hot chocolate doesn't work either. Enter lemon milk. As a bonus the citric acid in the lemon juice supercharges the calcium content (it makes uptake easier). The gold standard lemon milk is the Kanto Tochigi Lemon brand (used to be just Kanto Lemon until 2004), but you can make it yourself:
200ml of milk
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of honey*
(*don't give it to children under one)
Build stronger bones and get that protein.
