In this land of firearm freedom, beyond gun free zones, I will never understand when doing stuff with your gun constitutes such an imminent threat that someone else can shoot you first. Even if I point it at you, can't I argue that I thought you were threatening me first? Doesn't 2A logic argue that every bad guy with a gun gets at least one free shot before the good guys with guns can respond? Assuming the building owners want our "protection", can't we hang out on rooftops with our AR-15s?
