For comparison, GoToSocial docs say a Raspberry Pi Zero W is too slow while it works on a RPI Zero W 2 https://docs.gotosocial.org/getting_started/
I wouldn’t expect Alpine to solve the issue but it could be worth a try, “for science” :)
