There is a conservative conspiracy theory about "seed oils" being bad. So replacing coconut oil or tallow with sunflower oil is ... "how they get you" or whatever.
This is very annoying for me, as I'm allergic to sunflowers. And I've already been suffer since sunflower oil is used to replace peanut oil to help people with the more common allergy.
But now I need to sound like a crazy person when I ask about it all the time. And I must ask because it's not "big five" and so isn't on the label.
