I hate all the emphasis on Biden's age and mental health. He was a fucker when he was younger and sharper. He called for bombing Serbia, which included civilian infrastructure and casualties. He has always been pro war, pro police, pro imperialism.
The only relevan thing about his dementia is that it's not him, but his team, ruling the country. Which is not that big of a deal, it's bureaucracies, not presidents or PM, who rule. The president is just the front man of a team.
