wow 🤯 that is an incredible process you’ve been through. Very happy for you (I can relate very much as I too have lost a bunch of kilos). The “feel better” argument makes sense for sure.
(Personally I thought about dropping some kilos to see if it would benefit my performance … but I haven’t decided to go into that challenge this year. Not yet at least)
