For those of us who plan to federate with #Threads, we really need to do a better job of communicating to people that they will be able to interact with Threads from Mastodon, and that it is the superior choice.
Some people here are getting Threads accounts, without realising it will soon be unnecessary. People on Twitter are pretty much in the dark about the whole thing.
