i'm guessing that this crowdstrike issue was intentional because how can a multi-billion-dollar supposed best in class cybersecurity firm make such an amateur hour mistake?
they probably wanted to DoS a specific entity but didn't want them to know they were being targeted, so just let the rest of the western world be collateral damage.
