The hearing went well! The Judge will file a Case Scheduling Order with details, but high level for now:
- We're starting discovery even though Apple doesn't want to;
- He's assigning a Magistrate Judge to oversee all of our discovery (🤩!!!);
- The trial will be scheduled despite Apple's protest
I have to respond to all of the arguments in Apple's latest motions, with a response due in two weeks. I guess I'm not done with the all nighters...
