Even before you know the great dumbing happened with the AI and everything, the internet was nearly impossible to find reliable information on herbalism or anything that wasn't you know basically in Britannica.
Every herb I talk about I've used personally, or I don't talk about it. I don't "think" or "suppose" or "I've read". I tested this s*** out of myself over a lifetime
Out of all the crap there was like four or five maybe that seemed to actually do something.
