For the last 5 years, I have reviewed the list I made 5 years ago, of all the sectors of my life I want to move further into independent sovereignty, and have tried to move each area further toward that goal.
Things like:
Power
Water
Waste
Food
Cooking
Heat
Computing
Communication
Transportation
Defense
I don't get so obsessive that I cant have fun, and be flexible.
But I have a sub-process in my brain thinking about this stuff and looking for patterns almost all the time.
I try to do something each day that advances at least one front further away from a dependency system.
I don't think most of the people around me fully grasp just how seriously ive been taking this stuff for the last 5 years, or why.
That is fine. I dont share much unless directly asked, and I am not looking for others opinions. But some people are starting to take notice and ask questions about how they might move in this direction.
I have a feeling that this year I may start to break through to new levels, and I may start to see if some of my choices have been as wise as I have hoped.
