I'm pretty brutal with myself since I spiral down so bloody quickly. I get the time slipping away though, if I don't get stuff done (or started) by a certain time, its just not going to happen cause my body will have given up for the day.

I am going to add a but here, and it might be me giving your butt a little kick (in a gentle way). You did say yesterday you were going to push yourself and do it, so just DO IT 😉
