oh nice, you've already started. Yeah Krita is definitely viable, probably even more so now than when I last used it. Also FYI skills are mostly transferable between Krita, CSP, and Photoshop. Just slightly different keybinds and button placements for the most part. As someone who's used all three of those for varying amounts of professional work, I have to say GIMP is niggeraids and obtuse at best
