You know what I mean. I'll sometimes be working on something and then some announcement will come come through that someone is going to be receiving more money than I've ever earned, to build something that any decent 5-man project team could build in a month, and I sort of think...
I'm an idiot to do this for free.
Someone else is getting paid $50/hr to do this.
They should be doing all of the work.
Feels like volunteering at a church and then the pastor buys himself a new ferrari with the money from the bake sale.
Next time, let him bake cake.
