I have my Nakba key tattooed on my arm and in a bank vault. I know our fields are gone, the orchards bulldozed, the land seasoned with the blood of generations…but I believe I will see Palestine free in my lifetime, and I hope to be there to help rebuild.
I posted a couple days ago about how even Israeli generals are saying they can’t win against Hezbollah. This isn’t unarmed women and children. They won’t roll over them like they did in Sabra 40 years ago. This is a whole new game, and Israel seems to think they can use a playbook from the previous century.
I believe we have entered the “fuck around and find out” stage of engagement.
