I have found a way to block for amethyst users for now as well.

Could this style of blocking also be implemented at the relay level?

FyI you can block the latest reply spam if you are using amethyst with security filters by using the hidden words feature to block "randomuser . me" (without the space).

This is where the profile images of spam accounts are hosted and blocking this URL will block any notes that link to that host including as the profile image.
