"content": "(And yeah, it didn’t happen with the StarLite that arrived about a month ago so it’s definitely not consistent. This feels very much like a UPS screwup in their favour. The cynical me wonders if some bean counter at UPS concluded that if they do this on X% of orders they’ll make €Y profit and only lose an acceptable N number of customers.)",
