Hi René, we have already paid the taxes due on our shipments, I have been told the issue is someone at the courier not reading our invoice saying that taxes have been paid. I was told by Sean that you MUST NOT PAY THE TAXES, because you will basically never get that back from the gov. I hope this has cleared this up. This is the first time I have encountered this since joining and it's unacceptable. I am looking at options to make sure this doesn't happen anymore.
