okay I do have to clarify some stuff here. The AI has flaws in regards to biases that it inherent while the data set on the AI system should be unbiased. It's less to do with power usage and more cause it's mimicking stuff without understand how to mimick understanding something from multiple perspectives. That is a flaw. It's less cause society likes or doesn't like it. But related to quality of results produced.
