You are NOT going to be able to fix the liberal denominations. You are NOT going to change them or make them hold to orthodox doctrine. These are not Christian bodies. No one expects you to convert a mosque into a church, do they? Well neither will going into the episcopalian or ELCA church looking to do reverse subversion work.
They're only going to corrupt you. Leave.
