Why have so many YouTube videos adopted the editing style of a series of Old Spice ads? Do people actually want a different filming environment for every sentence of a 10-minute video?
(I am aware that the Old Spice ads were not a series of jump cuts, but this feels like the closest reference point for this video format.)
