Finished the first collection of Tales of Bauchelain & Korbal Broach. It was a fast fun read. Not at all essential for the Malazan series, but a fun diversion.
Blood Follows — would have been disappointing by itself, less of a story and more of an introduction to the characters.
The Lees of Laughter's End — fun little horror story at sea.
The Healthy Dead — the rise and fall of a Quiant cult.
Also begun Memories of Ice.
