I had one idea which was to just loop the money back to the cold storage - This basically just adds a time delay to withdrawing.
The point would be to pre-commit to never sending my Bitcoin faster than two weeks, and then I discourage anybody from executing a $5 wrench attack.
Not sure if that's a good idea but it sounds interesting as yet another layer of defense at least.
