Nearly every transphobic thing people say about trans surgeries could apply to child birth.
Child birth can cause permanent damage and trauma. It can be a source of regret. It can cause PTSD. It can be life threatening. It can make future intimacy difficult and painful. It can be the most painful thing someone goes through.
These aren’t universal experiences, but they aren’t exactly uncommon, either.
But only an asshole would tell someone they’ll regret having a child.
