There are too many "hobby" businesses around which pay minimum wages to employees and make little money so pay no tax. Owners either pay themselves a nice dividend or are just looking to sell at a profit.
If paying extra NI means they go to the wall then good. We don't need these poorly paying zombie employers anyway. #ukpol
