If there was a contingent of my city that parachuted rapists down on lawnmower engines, I would not be pleased, no matter how many children the rapists had produced while back over the fence.
Still, seems like something Israel is equipped to handle, if they want to do so. Prolonged war makes many organizations happy. Not the children, not the raped, and not the drafted, none of which have very robust lobbying efforts behind them.
