What assurance can Palestinians have that this forced movement to more concentrated parts of Rafah is not another such cruel & illegal ploy to maximize harm upon & death of Palestinians?"
On May 27 Israel bombed a safe zone in Rafah, killing 45 more civilians.
How is this not intent to genocide?
