Of course the place was forcing everyone to use this - the regular counter where a human would normally work was closed. Everyone had to use the machine. I only bought 4 water bottles but I put them all on the pad in a cluster and it failed to identify anything. Lady reaches from behind the counter and moves them into a straight line, "ya gotta spread them out hun." Like I'm supposed to just know this.
