In the ever-changing landscape of digital innovation and the cyber economy revolution, I’m thrilled to be building my network of trusted friends, mentors, and sources of inspiration on an open protocol like #Nostr—where holding my keys means truly owning my data.

Learning computer technology, the basics of coding and software, and the importance of verifying signatures to ensure that the software we use is original and secure can feel intimidating. Yet, stepping outside of our comfort zones—especially if we’re not developers or coders—is something we must force ourselves to do. Without this ability, I believe that many will be left behind, as has happened countless times in human history. Those who fail to prepare or ignore the signs of revolutionary change often find themselves struggling to catch up, and in many cases, they suffer as a result.

Learning these new skills and embracing this responsibility is essential for us humans if we want to thrive in this rapidly evolving world and keep the chances to remain free—free to self-custody our assets, free to own our own data, free to both transact and say what we want to say, and free to use the protocols we choose. These are essential elements for human freedom moving forward.
