Portland has some great hiking without leaving the city. It was cloudy so the views aren’t great but I hiked through parts of Washington Park, Forest Park, and Marquam Nature Park. Visiting the Pittock Mansion, Vietnam Veterans of Oregon Memorial, and Council Crest. If you wanted, you could travel 40 to 50 miles on continuous trails.
