Ug. So as I suspected would be the case: polyfill.io was in my allowed list in NoScript. Not sure if it's part of their default list or if I'd previously given it the green light because of how many sites used it, but I just switched it to untrusted.
Thanks to everyone who was boosting information about what happened so I knew to go check my perms. <3 I appreciate Fedi looking out for each other.
