It just makes accounts look like bots, in my opinion. I'd rather read huge notes once every 3 days then being spammed with GM, GA, GE, GN every day by multiple people. I could block the words, but then good content that includes them would be hidden too. Same thing applies to hashtags. I've seen plenty of people using some that have nothing to do with the post.
