They cited and released the ~25 or so people that were being detained in Dodd, but they snatched up one person from outside late in the night for the crime of being on the megaphone and transported them to UCPD. Despite valiant efforts to barricade their exit, the cops managed to make it, shooting their full hoppers of pepper balls at peoples feet to keep them back. Ppl rallied over to UCPD as a sort of riotous jail support. stopped off to grab my bike and charge my phone for like 5m.
