for the record i thought some of the jokes aimed at you were a bit too far, but i'm still pretty new here so i didn't feel like it was my place to intervene.

i think overall it's a good idea not to try to crack the eggs of others or to call someone an egg unless they identify that way. i think if someone had tried to do that to me, say, 5 years ago i probably would have clammed up and doubled down on being cis

if someone had done it 1 year ago it probably would have helped me along, but i also think that it's impossible to know exactly where someone else is at so i'm glad no one tried with me
