MORNING WORKOUT: CONDITIONING

Kicking kata, 10 minutes
Cartwheels, 10x5
Standing oblique twist, 5x15/side
Hindoo pushups, 5x9
Glute bridges, 5x15
Advanced kata, 5 minutes

Something I haven't been mentioning is that everything is EMOM in my workouts. If I post sets and reps, it's always one set per minute, usually with jogging between sets. It really is the best way to get a lot of work done efficiently.
Also cartwheels are fun, everyone would benefit from being able to do them.
