the melatonin drops i bought have sketchy instructions.
they tell you to take 4 drops, which is supposed to be 4 mg. not the most accurate unit. the pipette has markings for 0.25 and 0.5 mL. would be more useful to have markings for 0.15, 0.30, 0.45 and 0.60 mL, for each 1 mg increment.
also, a doctor would tell you to start with 1 mg and gradually increase it up to 5 mg per day.
