Process
Mine is always evolving & adapting to each book. Each book is different, presents its own challenges.
Narratives are the key for me, about backstory, characters, culture, history, worldbuilding & more. Then, plot. At times, they overlap, but as long as I’m telling some kind of story I’m happy.
The final plot narrative is extremely flexible, a runway carpet so wide I can swerve from side to side & still remain on it.
