So in the town Almere here in the Netherlands the shortage of teachers (THAT WAS ALREADY ANNOUNCED IN THE 90s!!!!) has now led to 5 schools there doing the “unthinkable”, 4 school days instead of 5.
Seriously contemplating of becoming a teacher even though it would be a horror shit show. In a couple years the pay will have to be great for anyone to be willing to become a teacher. Figure if I start now with the degree, I’m gonna be ahead of the herd 🤡
