Go to Theme tab there, switch the "Show related posts" checkbox on and off, and then save it. It's an old bug that should have been fixed - the event that was formed the last time you edited the site theme (a boolean was written to event tags instead of a string), but some relays still accepted it - so no error was shown to you, but now some client code accepts the event, some rejects it, etc. After you re-edit and save it things should get better and site will start updating, hopefully.
