OMG. I signed up for wired.com digital about a year ago, because, hey, I can pay for journalism.
It said it would auto-renew, but I could cancel any time.
However, I CANNOT cancel, because in order to get to my account information, I must "confirm my account" by _providing a number from the physical magazine label_, which of course I do not have.
I contacted support, and they "can't find my account". Funny, because someone sure found the account to bill.
