After some tough consideration, I am cutting my goal for 2025 from 200 Gym Visits to 150 Gym Visits.

With the amount of travel time I have already had this year, I am pressing to get back on pace and going to the gym more often than I should, for the sake of hitting 200.

I can average 3.1 visits/week for the rest of the year.

Also not sure what to do with the meditation goal.

Caught up on the gym as expected for Feb, but have been irregular with meditation. At the moment, on track to catch-up by the end of October.

Going to be low overall in March because of travel, but will try to get a few extra in.
