Jesus, just got my second dumb answer from steam support about my firmware issue.
Not that I expected greatness, not that I particularly resent them, but talk about useless.
Me - Your new dock firmware isn't sending a picture to my monitor if I have Gsync activated.
1st answer - Have you read this FAQ my good sir ?
Me - No need, the issue is narrowed down, firmware, gsync, etc.
2nd answer - 'Steam Deck comes with an AMD APU. GSync is not compatible with AMD'.
Ok, well... ok.
