This is big for me.
I have continued to wear a top that I believed made me look fat throughout the summer. (I know I'm not objectively fat.)
*I didn't feel like I looked fat in it today.* (I'm no bigger or smaller than when I first wore it.)
Takes work.
Abuse does things.
It takes time to silence the tapes that play in our minds.
People that find patience for those that suffered abuse are the best among us.
