My grandson is not studious at all: will graduate HS but college unlikely. His immediate family (via his mother and stepdad is Republican and will not change from that). I haven’t been able to figure out how to talk with him about options because generally I see him rarely and always in company of other family members who would not really welcome any cautions I would have. My best route is to bring things up to his oldest sister who may relay my concerns. Sigh. Enjoy and hold close your grandson.
