Looking in to this more my initial assessment that this might not happen could be wrong. This could very well happen.
A school library should have a copy of the Bible, ideally more than one version ... these are very inexpensive and can be bought for only a few dollars in most cases.
Putting the constitution in the Bible is a radical ideological statement about who belongs in this country.
