In an unrelated thing, I have a wall clock. An actual wind-up, chimes wall clock built around 1989.

A local shop has done some excellent work on it for me, but in the last year the chime strikers are a little out of alignment, to where after hitting the tone bar the striker rests a little close to the bar, partly muting it.

I emailed Joon and described the problem, and "is this something you can work on?"
