as a sophomore\ ug at one of the most reputed colleges in my country, with a full time experience of that job for 2 years at 2 other bigger enough companies in same field, i walked into many part time job openings , which could have helped . Nobody cared. I booked a loss on the pursuit and the profession itself. at that time , i couldnt figure out for my life, what went wrong.
Much later , i d realise , that i d skip the to avoid the labyrinth of interpersonal biases, profession and gruelling process ( maybe) i d never mention the UG part ( the reason why my college was reputed) , college offered many other courses but they were not revered as much in that profession , i had enough communication skills to deliver at my job , but not enough motivation to get there for the sake of management. Management d rarely give me an opportunity to even demonstrate the former. For them the latter was more important.
