They are trying to sell you a method to defecate more so that you can weigh less, arguing that people can have "stuck poop" in their body conspiring against their weight loss.
This is very problematic if young and uninformed people who could be susceptible to anorexia nervosa are exposed to this type of cuckoo-science.
