Is anybody else being bombarded with these horrific ads? (probably anti-scientific and they could be deemed illegal practice of medicine in many jurisdictions).

I don't want to give them any money at all, but this is practically extortion. I'd rather use youtube-downloader all day, but I sometimes find it more convenient to watch online instead of waiting for a video to download.

What can be done?
